Methods of Payment

 

 Debit Order Payments

The debit orders for the new school year will commence on 02 January and run through to 01 December of that same year. The existing debit order authorisations remain in force until cancelled in writing, or the student leaves the school.

Every year we receive a number of requests to process the debit orders on different dates. Regrettably, due to manpower constraints, we are unable to give you a choice of debit order date. Your co-operation by carefully planning to have funds available on the first working day of each month is appreciated.

 

Annual Payments

Fees paid annually in advance, before 31 January, will be subject to a discount for school fees and for boarding fees.

 

Cash payments

Payment of fees in cash are to be made by direct deposit into the school’s bank account. Confirmation of payment is to be submitted to the Bursar, either by hand delivery, fax, or e-mail of the deposit slip (see below)

Music Fees

For the first time since 2005, the School Governing Body has had to increase the music fees - by just R10 per month. Parents paying by debit order will have these fees added to their monthly debit order.
