The NMMU Department of Computing Sciences hosted a programming competition for high school IT learners.

24 Schools from the Eastern Cape entered teams of 3 learners and they all had to compete to see who could solve the most programming problems within three hours.

Congratulations to our Grade 12 IT pupils Cameron Easton, Ross Edwards and Dylan Warwick who won this prestigious  schools’ competition – and the R6000 prize money!

We are extremely proud of our IT boys!
